KIWA – KCW-10V
- 3 types of spindles and spindle motors make it easy for the factory to choose the most suitable working spindle for processing. The spindle and spindle motor are driven directly. The main shaft is lubricated by a pressurized oil-air lubrication system. New oil is continuously supplied to the main shaft bearings through air, which extends the life of the bearings and reduces heat generation.
- The combination of the sharp-lifting Y-axis telescopic cover and the highly-distributed coolant outlet makes the debris fall into the debris bucket quickly, making chip removal very easy and effective.
- 1,100mm wide column foundation enables heavy-duty cutting. The fully cast machine bed provides maximum support for columns and spindles, as well as slides and tables.
- The lubrication unit and pneumatic system are integrated in one place, both on the rear side of the machine, which is convenient for maintenance and repair. No hydraulic system, saving machine running cost.
